📌 General Conditions for Returns:
Return or exchange requests are accepted within 3–4 days of receiving your order, provided there’s a manufacturing defect, size issue, or the product doesn't match its description.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories, such as the box, stuffing, and any attached tags or documentation.
Products that are used or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
No return fees apply if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was sent.
🔄 Exchange Policy:
Footwear can be exchanged once only, and only in case of size issues.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item is priced higher, the price difference must be paid.
Footwear with manufacturing defects will be exchanged at no additional cost.
📬 How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email.
Provide your reason for return/exchange along with clear photos of the product (from all angles).
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
🚚 Return Process:
The return will be arranged through our designated delivery company.
Once we receive the item and inspect it:
If it meets the return conditions, the product amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
If the issue is size-related, the exchange will be processed.
If the return is not accepted, the item will be shipped back to your address.
⚠️ Important Notes:
Return or exchange is not available for products that are damaged due to misuse or modified from their original state.
Please refer to the size guide before placing your order to avoid sizing issues.
Custom-made products are non-exchangeable.
