🔄 Cancellation Before Shipping
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
🚚 Cancellation After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-cancellable once production has started.
Sale or final clearance items marked as “Non-returnable” are also not eligible for cancellation.
